I’ve been doing the series on Love and Happiness….started it

and so on. I’ll jump ahead a bit here. Love and happiness go hand in hand
because the energy needed for active love thrives in happiness. You want to
love? Then learn to be happy. I will show that this comes from realizing that
you always have right here and right now everything you need to be happy. And
if all any of us knew about the topic was that we always have in our here and
now what we need, then that would be enough. But we can extend the common sense
of that precept by being aware that giving is better than receiving and also
that gratitude is essential to happiness.
